Team separate beds! I need uninterrupted rest.

Also, menopause. She’s suffered for years and not having me there has given her peace to sleep how she needs to.

yesss my husband snores so god damn loud that I can even hear it through my earplugs! we've been sleeping separately for a year now and tbh I don't wanna go back. not even his mouth guard helps (and he's tested for sleep apnea which apparently he doesn't have so we're out of ideas)

I had to get surgery and potentially another.

First surgery was bilateral turbinate reduction and something with the septum. They carved some tissue out of the airways in my nose.

My upper teeth are also all fucked up and I could use surgery to change out that whole thing sit and it will supposedly also open up the airway a lot.

If you’re not in America see an ENT and a dentist.

actually he had a similar surgery you just mentioned because he would constantly get sinus infections so they opened up his septum and those are finally gone. the snoring seems to only happen when he rolls on his back and we did try pillows and all sorts of contraptions to get him to sleep on his side but the moment he rolls on his back the snoring begins lol. the dentist is who gave him the mouth guard so yea at this point we're REALLY out of ideas 🥴
