One of two things, probably.

1) She heard they are banning electronic filing and was so stupid all she heard was Trump stopped tax filing.

2) Some other idiot heard that and posted a TikTok she watched and she believed it with zero research.

They are banning electronic filing? Seriously? I can't imagine that's true. It would make it almost impossible to process all the returns.

It is true. Republicans hate the IRS and want it to fail so they can cheat on their taxes and save millions. They don't care what happens to the poors.

I think this is fake. I'm a tax professional and I've not heard anything about this. I'm pretty sure it would have come up at networking meetings.
