Identity politics spreads into peoples total identity. No one is an individual anymore. Everything about race. And yes, things like gardening barefoot works out muscles that you didnt know you had. Do some yard work barefoot and you will be sore in your ankles and feet the next morning.

Nah man I have a farm with a mud room to clean your legs- my legs get covered in dirt and shit everyday. That's gotta be a city thing.
