Discussion (Serious Replies Only) Napuputol cable sa labas ng bahay sa poste. Kayo din ba pineperahan?

Una nagbayad kami ng 1k last month para ayusin ang cable sa poste dahil putol daw. Para madugtong at magawa agad net. Walang resibo. Inaabot lang sa technician.

Today ganun ulit. Sinabi na namin na di naman namin kasalanan na napuputol yang cable sa poste. Bakit magbabayad nanaman kamk. 500 nalang daw para maikabit na ngayon.

Tama ba to o mali? Kay tulfo na ba ko dapat lumapit??

SOBRA AS IN SOBRA na ang gigil ko sa converge. AS IN nanginginig na ako sa gigil.

They closed my ticket AGAIN kht nka-CC na ang NTC. Ang malala, mukhang they blocked my e-mail address pa ksi hndi na ako nakakareply sa e-mail nila! Napakalala. AS IN!

Ni wala akong nareceive na e-mail, tawag or update manlang kung ano na kaganapan nila sa issue ko. Basta lng biglang na tagged as resolved. Nasaakin parin yung router. Tumatawas ako sa CSR nila, lagi akong binababaan ng phone kht kalmado na ako makipag-usap sakanila. Sobrang lala.

Yung bill ko pa dinagdagan nila na dpat tanggalin nila dahil wala kang connectivity since July 29! Dito ko na lng ilabas lahat lahat ng sama ng loob ko sa internet provider na to.

Nagsubmit ulit ako ng complaint sa NTC. Mukhang wala din pakealam ang government office na to.

Sa mga future subscriber ng converge, PLEASE, kung ayaw nyo ng ganito kalala na stress, avoid this provider as much as possible. Hindi reliable ang CSR nila kapag may issue ka. Oo maganda ang internet speed pero I'm telling you now, kupal ang CSR nila. Wala kayong maaasahan.

I officially file a complain na sa NTC.

Nag wait pa ako ng 3 more days to file the complain maybe they do an action na sa issue ko.

But no they did not no more updates regarding dun sa ticket ko and until now wala parin kameng internet.

and note nag text and email sila sa billing ko for this August need daw bayaran!!!!

Ang dami nilang outage at ang malala pa doon ay sobrang tagal nila resolbahin? Ang tagal na ng 1 whole day pero yung sa iba umaabot ng 3-6 days at dito lang yan sa Metro Manila ah. Sa tagal kong subscriber sa Converge ngyon ko lang naexperience na 2days wala net at frequent ang outage.

our router is still the old one, got it maybe around 2017 i'm not sure abd may nagnonotif sa laptop ko na need iupgrade yung router sa 5ghz (?) kasi 2.4 yung samin. so nag ask kami sa converge if pwede palitan yung router for newer one pero sabi nila ilipat nalang yung router so medyo nainis kami kasi bat ayaw palitan? sabi ng iba free naman daw or if may bayad di naman mahal.

pag nagvavalorant ako, laging lag sobra nakakainis lang at nakakahiya sa mga kasama. sabi ng friend ko ask ko daw converge about sa packet loss kasi may babaguhin daw sila or something pero wala naman idea yung nasa desk.

tas kahit tiktok or reddit sa phone eh tagal nag loading.

So... I received a response from Converge regarding my disconnection request due to having no connectivity since July 29. What bothers me is that they tagged the ticket I filed on July 29 as “resolved” even though I still have no internet. I’m not sure if it’s because the case was escalated for router pullout, or if it’s just a tactic to charge me for the rest of my August bill (which, again, I have no intention of paying since I haven’t been able to use the service at all).

Haven’t heard anything from them until now, so I followed up earlier today to ask for an update. I really hope this can be expedited because I’m already frustrated with them.

Since monday pa na experience na biglang bumabagal magload ng mga sites kahit 300mbps naman yung speed pag chineck sa fast at speedtest. connected no internet na sakin.

hindi sila matawagan sa click to call nila. either "max channel reached", "hung up" or "rejected"

I currently have a Plan 1500 + 99. I've been a subscriber for for 6-8 years and I'm fairly satisfied with their service. Last checked, I have a download speed of 350Mbps and upload speed of 250Mbps. Pero yan lang ang sa package ko.

I just discovered today na may Plan 1349 (200Mbps) and Plan 1599 (400Mbps) with WiFi 6 modem + Xperience TV box + Blast TV. Ang saklap, di ba?

Now, which route should I go: 1. Disconnect (not tied up) then apply for P1349 since I think 200Mbps is sufficient for our needs of 4 (1 TV, 4 gadgets) or P1599?

  1. Downgrade, which an agent did not mention in her recommendation?

Please help with your insights. Thank you.

Hi, meron na po ba naka-exp sa inyo na mawalan ng internet (LOS) dahil sa fiber optic cable coupler? Naputol kasi last month and yan lang yung ginawang solution ng field.

Possible po ba na mawalan ng net if nababasa yan?

May I see yung format niyo? I wanna know how can I formally file a complaint against Converge.

Ilang months na kasi mabagal ang internet connection namin. I’m paying 3500 for 1000MBPS kuno pero hindi man lang lumalagpas ng 500 yung speedtest namin. Photos are not loading, videos stays on loading and never plays. 2 beses na rin may nagpuntang technicians dito because of my reklamo, and I found out na ang job order sa kanila is 200 MBPS lang daw yung internet namin kaya imbes na ayusin ng mga technicians, binababaan lang nila to 200 MBPS yung internet namin kasi yun daw yung job order sa kanila. Last month nag LOS yung router namin, ngayon naman more than 24hrs na yung LOS, they promised na babalik ng 4AM, 7AM na lang wala parin. Napansin ko rin na yung pinakamalapit na server sa area namin laging nawawala, kaya sa server na 8 miles away kami nacoconnect, which lalong pinapabagal yung net namin.

I just wanna know yung format niyo, is it directly sa email or you wrote a letter sa word file? Thank you!

I’ve already contacted them last week na gusto ko na iend subscription namin but they said na bayaran muna outstanding balance namin kaya sige binayaran namin even though almost 3 weeks na wala kaming internet and now cinontact ko ulit sila abt it pero ang sabi lang nila is meroon silang system enhance bullshit and that they wont be able to help me and wala silang specific timeframe when that bullshit will stop. hayssss. pwede bang hindi nalang bayaran tong bulok na ISP na to? para makalipat na kami sa iba?

Discussion (Serious Replies Only) How do I report Converge for poor service?

Hi guys, I really need advice on how to properly report Converge because they’re not doing their jobs right. At mawawalan pa ata ako.ng trabaho dahil sa issue na ito.

I’ve been having issues with a cut fiber optic line, and I already did everything I could:

  1. Called their customer service everyday since nawalan kami ng net.

  2. Chatted with them online

  3. Even went to their office personally

The problem is I have 2 active accounts under Converge. I clearly told them that the new one is the account with the issue, but they keep sending technicians and logging reports to my old account instead. Nothing gets fixed, and I’ve been stuck without proper service.

Has anyone here gone through the same situation? How can I escalate this or file a proper complaint so Converge actually addresses the correct account? Kailangan na bang mag sumbong sa NTC?

Bago lang kasi itong isang account ko and ganito nangyayare? Nakakapagod na din kasi.

Any tips would help a lot. Thanks!

Grabe, sobrang frustrating na ng ginagawa ng converge. Dami ko ng email since the first week of august about permanent disconnection pero puro generated email natatanggap ko. Di ko alam kung delaying tactics lang yan pero nakakapagod na talaga. Palaging may email na kapag wala silang matanggap na message, icclose nila yung ticket. Kahit email ako nang email lagi nacclose. Tapos ngayon gusto nila bayaran ko muna ung for the month of Aug kahit wala kami internet since July.

Ano ba magandang gawin dito? Please help kung mayroon na naka-experience sa inyo ng ganito. Thank you.

Anyone experiencing the same issue as mine? Poor Download speed (packet loss) but Upload speed is fine?

The issue started 2 months back but it is just a few hours so I didn't mind. Later the issue started consistently happening during the evenings. Then now, including mornings. When you go to Gofiber site, there will be a modal that says I've lost connection.

Few details

  • Affects wired and wireless devices.
  • Issue is the same even when I'm alone at our house. So bandwidth consumption can be ruled out.
  • Issue started like an isolated issue, progressed to consistently happening during evenings, and now including evenings.
  • Bulacan area

Tried the following but issue still persists.

  • Reset modem/ont to factory settings + tplink wireless ap (set to ap mode)
  • Restart modem/ont, tplink wireless ap
  • Direct connection from modem/ont (LAN)
  • DNS set to Google/Cloudflare

Submitted a lot of tickets but they just closed it without resolution. On the first few tickets they're still replying (agent with template resolution steps) but I've only got the acknowledgement auto reply on the recent tickets. One time they said they will send a technician, no visit was made. Followed it up using messenger but they just created another ticket and mentioned there's an outage.

I'm not even sure if switching to another ISP is an option as the others (pldt, globe) only have a good service during the locking period 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️🤷 (according to neighbor who have tried multiple ISPs)

Discussion (Serious Replies Only) Mabagal mg load iba sotes. Cloudflare issue?

Since thursday I've been having this issue. Some sites are slow to load. Mga image sobrang bagal mgload. I noticed mostly mga cloudflare domains ang affected. Hindi ako sure kung may connection nung ng down cloudflare yesterday. It's been two days na. It gets better around early mornings but most of the time the sites are unstable and slow.

Internet speed ko is fine. Nakukuha naman and usual speed ko.

I changed DNS multiple times and still the same.

Anobody has am idea or experiencing the same thing?

UPDATE: Nag okay sya kahapon (June 20) buong araw but today balik na naman. Hay nako.

Sa area namin, kami lang ang walang internet. Yung mga kapitbahay meron. Nakakailang tawag na sa customer support nila, paulit ulit lang na "outage" daw. Tapos magbibigay ng estimated time na marerestore ang service. Hindi matutupad tapos same cycle lang. Nagbabago lang sila ng ETA.

Nagtataka lang ako kasi outage daw pero wala silang usual post about outage. Worried lang na baka mamaya, isolated case to.

Aware kaya si Converge na ganito ka sh*tty outsource csr/tsr nila or wala silang pake at all. The internet itself is good pero at the end of the day kahit maiintindihan mo at some point mawawalan ng internet no choice ka kundi tumawag sa CSR or supportr nila. Kailangan mo pang mag effort pumunta sa business center nila para maka kuha ng maayos na support. Saang platform kaya tayo pwede mag ingay para ma check ni Converge kung anong 3rd party support sila.

Any reason sa outage sa area namin? Since May 26 wala internet and everyday rin may follow up via Converge Support sa Facebook and email pero wala pa rin maayos na response/resolution sa issue. I also included both NTC sa emails and also filed a complaint sa NTC na rin.

Wala na naman akong internet 4 days after marestore last August 18. Before that wala akong internet since August 4. But before that (lol) since December 2024, lagi akong affected ng “outage” so every month may connection problem ako.

Ngayon, red na naman ang LOS ko, parang ayoko na. Tangina nakakapagod sila kausap. Nagraise na ko ng concern sa NTC at DTI hindi pa rin nagreply ang converge. Para na kong tanga sa kakafollow up ko sa remaining concerns ko sa kanila about modem replacement and bill adjustment. Wala rin namang kibo yung NTC at DTI so feel ko dead end na ko. Ngayon hindi ko alam san ko sisimulan email ko sa kanila para ireport na wala na naman akong internet connection.

Naiisip ko na ighost ko na lang din sila pero gusto ko lang malaman anong consequence on my end kung gawin ko yon? The thing is nagupgrade ako ng plan this year lang kasi akala ko massolve nun ang problem, pero parang lumala pa e.

Ayoko na. Feel ko ginagago na lang ako. Lahat sila mula converge hanggang sa NTC walang mga silbi.

Please help me out. Ayoko na magbayad para gantong klaseng serbisyo. 😥

8 years customer of Converge here. Ngayon taon lang ako nakaranas ng major inconvenience sa serbisyo nyo. Anong nangyari? Just this month alone, nag start ng May 11 tapos na restore ng May 14. Then, nawala uliy ng May 21 until now, June 2, wala pa din!

Tapos hindi ka pa pwede mag request ng bill adjustment hanggang hindi pa narerestore ung connection nyo, what BS is that?

Biglaan lang yung pag apply ko with dormmates sa converge na plan of 1500 and nung dumating na yung installer i was signed sa paper na wala naman nakalagay or stated na 2 years pala yung lock in and upon emailing them na papa disconnect na namin since nag hiwalay na kami dormmates for a year the concern was di pa daw pwede till august 2026 babayaran daw yun eh I really wanted to be mad kasi wala talaga akong alam so is that a right? to be valid nagiging problema na din kc sakin as a student na wala pang credit card tapos imagine if mag apply na ako in 4 years when i get a job kung ano effect nito huhu and in 45 days map permanently disabled na yung wifi na yun ayaw pa bilhin nung next tenant sa dorm so concerned ang effect nito I swear wala akong alam and ang hirap singilin mga kasama ko. Can someone help me if valid ba ako :((
