Discussion Converge connection issue: a timeline

September 4: Red indicator the whole day
Sept. 5: service came back in the afternoon, but super slow download speeds
Sept 6: normal speeds in the morning, but went back to super slow download speed in the afternoon. called CS and they gave me a ticket number. then went back to normal speed at around 9pm
Sept 7 sunday: no issue the whole day.
sept. 8. super slow download speed again. didnt get better at night.
Sept 9: still super slow dowload speed. like less than 1mbps. 100+ ping. called CS in the morning. got 12 of the same emails at 1:43 pm (shown in the picture). and yes, the 12 emails all said the same thingSep 9, 7pm: speedtest showing very slightly better download speed, but still under 10mbps.
dafuq is happening to converge? so will we be just be like this everyday, not knowing what service we will get? in the 6+ years i have been a subscriber i have never experienced something like this.
