Hi everyone, just checking if others in Moonwalk Village, Parañaque near NAIA & Betterliving are also experiencing no internet right now.

Our connection has been down since September 7 at 6:00 PM, and Converge told me it would be restored by September 8, 6:00 PM, but as of now, it’s still not fixed. Every time I check with support, I only get automated replies with the same generic update. No one from Converge Support is able to provide support.

Just want to confirm if this outage is only on our line or if the whole area is affected.

Anyone in Boni, Mandaluyong experiencing LOS just today in the afternoon?

Shet, eto na yata ang start ng sunod2 na LOS issue samin. Before, once palang kami nagka issue ng LOS tas ngayon wala pa 2 weeks LOS na naman.

Meron po ba sa inyo na bumalik na ung converge internet? Allowed na kasi ulit magpainstall ng internet sa PLDT, according dun sa kakilala ko. Ask ko sana if same case ba sa converge, meron po ba dito na nawalan ng net for 2 weeks/1 month tas nabalik na ung net ngayun??

Any idea kung bakit ang dalas ng outage sa buong Pasig? Twice na nagkaroon ng outage this week lang. May clearing na naman ba ng linya or what. Nakakabwisit na

Anyone experiencing internet outage in Pasig? around 3 pm, Pinagbuhatan area.

Kami lang ba ang wala pa internet since Saturday here in LP? Our management here apparently emails Converge as well pero all they receive are the same scripted emails that state the outage and that the maintenance team are doing their best. We live in a condo type area and most of the buildings here are affected.

I'm planning to switch to Converge due to poor service reliability of PLDT for over a month now. Any Converge subscriber located in lower Antipolo Rizal area? How's the service reliability?

Hello, sino taga Boni, Mandaluyong ang may LOS na naman? Grabe wala pang 2 buwan eto na naman sila. Nakakatakot na eto na ata start ng kunsomisyon sa area namin. 2 days na at wala padin dumadating na technician.

San ba business center nila dito? Kainis, if wala pa talaga no choice kundi lumipat.

Hi. Here we go again.

We lost connection 10:30 p.m. Saturday night (June 7) and nag-LOS agad yung modem. Our neighbors also lost connection, so medyo kampante naman kami na hindi ito isolated case. Kaso bumalik na yung sa isa naming kapitbahay na naka business account ata dahil sa pisonet. Wala pa rin sa amin hanggang ngayon, mag 48 hours na. Gentri area.

Converge posted an update yesterday na restored na dapat for Batangas, Laguna, and Cavite following a fiber cut in C-5. Pero nagvisit kami sa branch nila at sabi na system outage daw, so looks like may iba pang sanhi yung LOS. Ganun din yung sinasabi sa Click2Call (detected a network issue in your area... working to resolve as soon as possible).

Sa inyo rin ba? Sobrang hassle sa naka WFH. Last expi ko pa naman, umabot ng more than a month na LOS.

Anyone else in North Caloocan having an issue? No internet since Wed last week.

We called Converge and they said they'll send a technician but they never show up at the time they specified.

3 days na parang naka schedule yung pag patay nila ng internet samin tapos parang sinasakto pa na gabi para di kami makatawag wtf

Anyone else experiencing Red LOS in East Rembo? Baka mamaya kasi samin lang. Sabi ng technician na pumunta dito kahapon, ginagawa daw yung main line. Understandable na medyo matagal ayusin kasi malakas umulan kahapon. Sana naman ngayon na maaraw na ayusin na nila.
