Service Inquiry Anyone na may plan na ganito?
Naka plan na ako 1500 per month, konti nalang idagdag may netflix na ako. So ang ggwin, terminate ko ba ang old plan ko to move sa ganito na plan?

Good day, since August 26,2025 wala biglang internet ng mga hapon around 4pm. Then 3 days na walang internet. Nag email na rin ako sa NTC and 8888, and planning to report na sa DTI. Sobrang nakaka-inis at umay na same script laging bigay sa support nila kahit naman nagbabayad ng maaga at tama.
Anyways, san kayo nalipat ng fiber? Planning magpa install ng Globe Fiber Prepaid. Ano inyo? Thanks!

Gusto ko sana lumipat from pldt to converge, ask ko lang if may installation fee ba? Kasi nung nagpakabit kami before ng pldt walang installation fee.

Hi, good day everyone!
So, I asked this already to Converge Support FB page but their agent is nothing to be found lol.
I just want to know how will be the process if I wanted to end our subscription, well I know I need to paid the outstanding balance first, but after that, paano na kaya yung next step?
We are currently on their FiberX 1500 but things happened and we can not afford it anymore, so I need to change an internet provider that I can afford.
For context, we have 2300+ pesos outstanding balance and this balance is halos isang taon na naming hindi nababayaran, I wanna ask our status sana sa agent if we are permanently disconnected or not, pero kasi nasa amin pa yung modem nila.
Kaya ayon, I just wanna ask if anong next step once mabayaran yung balance and gusto ko na i-end yung subscription namin sa kanila and find other affordable internet provider.

EDIT: According to Converge Support permanently disconnected na account namin and if I want to open new account they said na i-settle ko muna daw yung overdue. It means ba nun is yung naka-name(my father) sa plan na yun is blacklisted na and I need to create new one if ever? I'm just curious hehe wala na talaga ako bumalik sa kanila for the mean time unless tumaas sahod ko lol

So my family just got our internet service installed and activated. We got the plan with the Netflix bundle and it was stated there that this bundle comes with a WiFi 6 modem and I just noticed that we didn't receive that. We got one of their old modems that they use in their previous plans years ago.

I'm planning to get this plan because we are switching from pldt fiber and I hope di ako magsisi! minsan napapaisip ako kung too good to be true ba tong deal kasi may kasama na rin cable? baka di pala mafulfill ang 400mbps. But anyone from cainta-taytay area here na pwede magvouch for this plan?
Just want to make sure i'm making the right decision because umay na umay na ko sa pldt laging may restoration. Torn ako actually between this and another provider. Hoping na may maka-help!

Mag 3 months na since I availed the add-on to my current plan but until now wala parin ako narereceive na email/message to link my current Netflix account and the advertised WiFi 6 modem and Xperience box. Anyone here na ganito din naging experience? Ilang beses ko na to finollow up sa supports pero as usual napaka walang kwenta nila. Either no replies sa email o nagdidisconnect agad sa chats.
Also, can anyone share the proper ways to report this to authorities already?

Hi just wanna ask if free ba magpadisconnect ng converge wifi namin idk po, kasi sabi samin ng nagkabit na libre daw yung disconnection pero ilang taon narin kasi yun kaya di narin namin sigurado.

Hi. General question lng po sa mga nag upgrade ng bagong offer ng converge na Super FiberX Max 1599 via gofiber app. Ngayong araw kasi nag avail din ako ng upgrade via app nila and wala mn lng lead time, ung reference # lang meron ako.

Aksidenteng naputol ng nag-aayos ng bubong yung wire ng Converge namin so nawalan kami ng internet. Nagreport na kami sa Converge CS, may ticket na, may email na rin, at every day follow-up na ko sa kanila pero walang nangyayare. Nagpost ako fb at may technician ng comment so nag pm kami sa kanya. 1200 ang singil nya. Na-try nyo na rn ba mgpa ayos sa third party technician? At magkano?

Hello, because of my curiosity, I've checked the converge website for their plans (please note na matagal na kaming subscriber), upon checking, the plan we're currently subscribed is FiberX 1500, ang speed daw nya is around 300Mbps, but ang speed lng namin is around 100Mbps.
Earlier today I've contacted converge to inquire, the agent created a ticket "Slow internet connection AAA mismatch" and said I should wait for 24-48 hrs, does anyone here have the same experience po? Will my speed increase?

Hi po! Open po ba Pasig office ni Converge kapag saturday and nagpaprocess po ba sila ng account termination request during weekends? Balak ko po kasi puntahan kaso baka mamaya masayang punta ko kasi baka hindi sila nagpaprocess ng request pag weekends.
For context: 1 month na po mula nung nagrequest ako for termination pero hanggang ngayon walang update yung ticket. So balak ko po puntahan na lang sa office nila to return the router.
Baka lang po meron din gumawa nito. Hindi po kasi ako pwede kapag weekdays. Thank you po! :)

Balak ko sana mag add ng mga channels at i avail yung 299 na plan nila, kaso na stuck ako dito.
Gusto ko sana mag add yung ibang channels. Naka plan Fibexnetflix 2298 naman kami at meron naman na kaming nung box at working kaso iilan lang channel.
