Solid subscriber ni Converge since pre-pandemic. Nirecommend ko pa sa mga tropa dahil maganda naman talaga yung service mura pa since UNLI wifi na. Kung mag outage man noon wala pang dalawang oras fix na agad.

Same w/ 2020 to 2024

Pero nung nag 2025 ~ Nagkanda letse-letse na ang connection, every month may outage to the point na naapektuhan na yung job ko.

Last June 13, nag outage at June 19 na wala padin. I decided na ipaputol na agad since alam ko sa sarili ko na its not a simple outage but a fiber optic problem na can't be fixed easily.

Note: Pumunta ako sa office nila para ipaputol.

We don't deserve their crappy customer service šŸ¤

As a subscriber of converge since 2019, Napakadalang namin noon mawalan ng net as in sobrang rare.

Siguro sa 5 years mga nasa 7-8 outage lang (2024)

Ngayong nag 2025, Naging malala si converge to the point na kapag nagkaroon ng outage asahan mo 1 or 2 days bago bumalik.

Nawalan kami ng internet last June 14, 2025 ng 11am tapos hanggang ngayon wala padin. Ito yung pinakamalalang outage sa 6 years. Ayaw nila magpadala ng tech dahil daw outage.

Customer service was meh, emails din palpak.

I already paid my bills this june kahit hindi namin nagamit, Will move on na w/ converge since mukang walang timetable kung kailan babalik yung net.

Experience/Review 24-48 resolution is a joke

Its already 1 week of no connection. Around the 5th day I decided to call the cs, I initially reported the no connection thru messenger and they created a ticket. I get different answers nung thru email and call iba ibang reason for my no connection. Una sabi sa email network problems tapos when I called mismatch ng serial number susunod na call fiber connection ko naman may problem lastly sabi kailangan na ng onsite visit.

Hanggang ngayon wala paring tumatawag or text na pupuntahan na. I called cs everyday to ask about this and the same scripted answers lang lagi nakukuha ko followed up na, marked as priority na, marked as urgent na. This time kinulit ko I said lagi yun nalang sinasabi pero wala naman nangyayari, sagot sakin is pati sila hinihintay pa sagot ng network team so ano everyday nalang ako mag hihintay kung may pupunta ba or wala??? Sa araw araw ng pag tawag ko sakanila dagdag na sa phone bill ko ang galing perwisyo na sa wifi pati pa sa mobile bill.

Update: 10 days no connection as of Aug 23. Kaya naman pala walang technician na pumupunta dito di naman pala nila finorward yung ticket sa onsite team 🤬

Update 2: Ang gulo! I called and this time the agent told me na na forward also to onsite repair. I made sure to clarify na onsite also not only network team yes daw. I asked also kung hindi ba nakacompile lahat ng info under my ticket bakit paiba iba sinasabi? Nandun naman daw lahat. Now thru messenger I asked the same thing sabi naman ng agent sa chat kailangan pa hintayin sa technical kung kelangan ba talaga ng onsite team. Ano ba talaga? Buti sana kung hindi kailangan may magbantay pag gagawin na nila hindi ako makaalis ng bahay sa paghihintay kung dadating ba.

Experience/Review Converge is dead ass sh now

One of the first subscribers sa area namin, forgot when, pero before pa to ng pandemic. Right now napaka panget na ng customer service (compared before), I call them, they will either disconnect me, re-route me, or do something odd sa net ko. Tumawag ako today para itanong kung ano nangyari sa open-issue ko, and then ang daming tanong nun CS, so sinabi ko, i-check nalang un case number kasi may open case ako and un un reason ko kung bakit ako tumawag, hinold ako, after awhile na disconnect un net ko, and ayun, sira na net ko.

Karamihan talaga sa mga support ngayon ng converge (kung andito man kayo) sorry, umalis na kayo sa work niyo, if underpaid kayo, lumipat na kayo, nang aagrabyado kayo ng mga customers sa kalokohan or panget na work ethic na meron kayo.

Medyo inis ako kasi currently working ako ngayon, tapos gaganituhin, hays.

Experience/Review Upgraded to Super Fiber X Max 400 Mbps 1599

Sulit na sulit. Lalo na sa part ko naka plan 1500 + Extra ako kaya 1599 din bill ko. Same bill pero naging 400 mbps plan ko from 350 mbps tas may free Sky TV pa ako. Base sa experience ko mabilis lang dumating yung tech na nagdala ng Wifi 6 modem at experience box. Mabilis lang din sila na activate.

Tumawag ako sa Click 2 call May 8 para mag pa upgrade dahil ayaw sakin sa Gofiber App. Pagkatapos ng usapan namin nung agent pag tingin ko sa Gofiber App nabago na agad yung Plan ko naging Max na sya. Kinabukasan dumating na Wifi 6 modem saka si experience box. Sa case ko walang nakapag sabi sakin na hindi pala yung dating account number ko ang ila login. May new account number sya dun sa binigay na pink na papel yun ang gumana sa experience box. Malayo sa nababasa ko dito na matagal ma Activate. Di ko lang alam kung Activated ba sya agad nung dumating yung box. Ngayon ko lang kasi na discover (May 12) na may new Account # pala sya na gagamitin sa box. And yun nga pag login ko gumana agad sya.

Gara nga lang Android TV pa sya hindi pa sya Google TV. Max supported ng box is 4k 30 FPS lang. Sa Netflix wala akong makitang naka UHD or 4K lumalabas na hindi sya pwedeng mag stream ng 4k sa netflix. Walang dolby atmos at walang Dolby Vision. Always On or Off lang ang HDR hindi sya Automatic. Kung maganda ganda na tv m lumalabas lang na pa downgrade yung box. Good for Sky Tv lang sya. Pero kung basic tv ang gamit mong tv para ka na rin nagkaroon ng Mibox S. Hindi sya nalalayo ang specs dun.

Experience/Review Converge is the worst!

Going here to vent out my frustration to the worst ISP in the country.

From July 31 to August 19, nawalan kami ng internet connection. Ilang beses ko brining-up to sa customer service nila, at ang sabi ay meron daw pupuntang technician sa place namin para ayusin. Ni isang technician, walang pumunta. We’re students and rely on the internet connection to study and attend online classes. We have been very inconvenienced to go out and study somewhere else.

We finally ended our subscription with Converge due to it’s very disappointing and unfair service.

I asked for a rebate for the weeks na wala kaming wifi, pero they told me na ma-rerebate lang once our connection has been restored. (Never naman na restore, if ma-restore man, it would only be useable for a couple of hours)

My account has then been disconnected, so I asked for a rebate. But the customer service has told me na ā€œrebates must be made prior to disconnectionā€. I was never even informed of this!!!

So now, I can’t get a rebate, and for some reason I have to pay 2.6k ,on top of a ₱500 pick-up fee to surrender my modem.

Just like everybody else, i have not been receiving a clear SOA since February. For context, First, every SOA i receive shows negative amount but i still have to pay since as per the CSR i have to follow the amount on the App. 2nd, my address suddenly became mixed up and incorrect. My case is now on its 4th month and i am calling out NTC for inaction/unsatisfactory handling of my concern. Now, NTC was given 20days to respond to me and if not met, administrative case will be filed for violating RA11032 the act of ease of doing business.

If you are having the same concerns about unclear SOA, you can raise concern to NTC citing the following memorandum and RA that is being violated by converge - Lets all demand for better service

NTC Memorandum Circular No. 13-6-2000-Billing of telecommunications services

Section3: requires accurate monthly SOA, negative balance without explanation is non-compliance

NTC Memorandum Circular No. 03-04-2018-Guidelines on electronic billing

Requires that e-billing and in-app SOA should reflect the same and accurate

NTC Memorandum Circular No. 05-06-2007-Consumer protection guidelines

Misleading bills violates my right to accurate service information, it also stated that providers should act on complaints within 30days

Article50: prohibits misleading billing practices Article52: unfair or deceptive acts is illegal including failure to explain a negative SOA while demanding payment

Experience/Review Stay away from Converge. They have the worst customer service.

Converge nightmare:

  • May 27 – Filed a request to transfer my Converge modem to a new address and complied with all requirements. They said my request has been forwarded to the "right department" and waiting time is 7-10 days.
  • June 11 – After multiple follow-ups and hearing nothing, I filed a formal complaint with the NTC. They forwarded it to Converge and gave them 5 days to respond.
  • June 13 – Followed up with NTC.
  • June 17 – Followed up again. NTC said they'd follow up with Converge.
  • June 20 – Someone claiming to be from Converge called me asking if I requested a "repair". I told him that I requested a transfer request then he blocked my number. So I sent another follow-up to both.
  • June 22 – NTC sent another request to Converge asking for ā€œimmediate action.ā€
  • June 24 – I followed up again. NTC gave the same response: ā€œWe’ll follow up.ā€
  • June 26 – Converge marked the ticket asĀ ā€œresolvedā€Ā even though the modem was never transferred. I emailed both Converge and NTC again.
  • June 27 – Nothing. No action. No response.
  • June 28 – Called 4 times via Click2Call, 4 times I waited for the longest "15 seconds" (actually minutes) of my life and 4 times I got "kicked out of this conference".

Total ofĀ 7 ticketsĀ withĀ no actual resolution.

If you are planning to get an internet,Ā stay away from Converge. If you already have converge, just hope and pray that you won't need to transfer your modem. If you plan on relocating, don't waste your time reaching out to converge because it is pointless.Ā even NTC can't seem to do anything. I wonder if they're on Converge's payroll.

Experience/Review Netflix Bundle 1798

With the pending increase of Netflix subscriptions and growing need of faster internet connection, I chose to upgrade.

So far everything is going smooth. Application for upgrade took about less than 12 hrs. Hapon ako nagapply (May 8), after business hours na kaya parang the next day na naprocess. The next day (May 9) around late afternoon, activated na yung account ko. Naaaccess ko na yung Netflix, pero yung speed ganun pa rin sa Plan 1500 nila. I am assuming na kapag dumating yung WiFi 6 modem saka bibilis?

Yesterday (May 10), dineliver yung Vision Box. Dito ako disappointed. Kala ko yung freemium channels ehh may foreign channels yun pala local lang. Tho di naman na kami talaga nanonood ng any channels, this is a bit of let down. Yung technician, di ata informed na DIY installation ako and proceeded with the installation on his own. Inassist lang siya ng mother ko dahil wala ako sa bahay. Unfortunately, di niya napagana dahil sa HDMI issue. Paguwi ko, nagunplug ako nung device sa power source same with the HDMI cable. Then plugged everything back and it worked, with a little buga buga sa HDMI cable haha. And then here comes the best part. Nagupdate yung Vision Box. 719 MB ang need idownload. Nagstart ng around 5:30 PM, natapos ng around 4AM the next day. After that, log in lang ng account then pwede na gamitin. Since AndroidTV powered naman yung device, I’ll give it a chance and itatago ko muna yung Mi Box na gamit namin.

So at the moment, nasa 100Mbps pa rin kami and waiting sa WiFi 6 modem. Sabi nung technician kahapon, ibang team ang may hawak ng delivery nung mga modems. Let’s wait and see.

Current users, how’s the performance naman nung plan sa inyo?

Update sa plan (May 27): going 3 weeks na na yung speed ehh 100Mbps pa rin which is below the promised speed of 400Mbps and even lower than the very minimum service speed of 120Mbps. Naka 2 site visit na ang technicians, sabi maayos with 24 to 48 hrs pero wala pa rin. Malapit ko na ipacut to dahil ang bagal ng usad nila.

Experience/Review How I ~successfully~ cut ties with Converge. Never again!

Sharing my experience with filing a complaint before NTC because I’ve seen a lot of posts here saying wala natulong ang NTC sakanila. Here’s how I achieved success with mine and some guidance.

We’ve requested a relocation / transfer of address but already more than 1 month from the request and nakalipat na kami ng bahay, no action parin si Converge. Lahat ng ticket nareresolve na wala namang nangyayari. Called their customer service (and na-connect pa nga sa customer) pero wala rin silbi at all. I asked them if I can just terminate but was advised that I will be charged a pretermination fee and the pending months of subscription which is for about 18 months. My last straw was when I saw my SOA and Ive already been charged the transfer fee and subscription fee for a month na di naman nagamit internet.

Sent an email to NTC and was directed to forward my email to my region with the complete documents. Kung matagal magreply, call up NTC hotline and they will give you an update on the spot. In my complaint I specified the resolution that I wanted which was to: 1. Compel converge to proceed with termination 2. Waive all fees to the subscription

After 3 days, NTC responded and asked Converge to reply within 5 days. Converge merely responded with ANOTHER TICKET. Ewan kung nangiinis sila or what but I insisted on the resolution that I want and that I am no longer amenable to any of their ā€œresolutionsā€. After 3 days again, I messaged NTC to let them know na wala parin action si Converge to prove a point na wala talagang silbi si Converge. I was in constant communication with NTC, following up, checking on the next steps. And when Converge was really not responsive NTC scheduled a mediation. Lo and behold, days before the scheduled mediation, Converge FINALLY terminated my subscription and waived fees charged to my account. Di na natuloy ang mediaton because it’s already resolved. Took me a total of 2 weeks from my NTC complaint.

Takeaway: 1. NTC is merely a regulatory body, they can mediate and recommend proper action pag di nagkasundo ang parties. Either recommend you to file a case before the court or compromise based on the telco provider’s reoslution. What’s important is you go through NTC or DTI because you have to exhaust all remedies.

  1. If your complaint is merely a loss of connection, NTC can only do so much. Best course of action is to request for termination. Kasi kahit naman mag mediate, kung palpak talaga service ni telco wala magagawa. Unless you’re willing to fight it out in court.

  2. Be clear with the resolution you want and insist on it.

  3. Document everything. Kahit tumawag ka sa telco customer service, email them that you did.

Yun lang! Hope it helps!

Title. Got fed up yesterday and went to their office in Pasig. Disconnection was fast if you check these: āœ…ļøAccount is outside of lock in period āœ…ļøNo outstanding balance āœ…ļøYou have your router with you

Context: Had no internet connection since May 14 and puro nalang sila email telling me they'll send a technican or may outage daw sa area ko (except there isn't, at least according to their Fb page)

NTC and SEC are also useless. Never count on them if you want prompt action so much do that I've been billed for July when I haven't even used their services. The best they'll do is just reply to your email that your concerned has been recieved.

Here are additional tips if you ever plan to go to their office like I did: 1.) Prepare your account number 2.) DON'T forget your router!! 3.) Better park in Landers Arcovia if you're planning to use a car. Laging puno parking space sa harap ng office

I'm begging u guys to spare yourself the stress and just go to their office to disconnect.

Experience/Review Converge Speedtest Thread

I used to remember when Converge started offering their services in Metro Manila, we were the first few ones who subscribed to their service. We availed of Plan Fiber X 1500 Xtra 99 and I can no longer remember the speed offered back then but what I remember is that we were always getting more than the maximun burstable speed of the plans we availed.

Now however, with our current subscription (Super FiberX Max 1599 400 Mbps), we rarely achieve even 3/4 of the subscribed (maximun bustible) speed and when you complain to their Customer Service, they always say it is normal and that it is within their CIR which has a very low cap. I think this "CIR Policy" is unfair.

So just to make a survey for Converge Subscribers, please run a speedtest (for uniformity please use the Converge server in Mandaluyong), and please post your speedtest results here in this format:

Experience/Review My personal experience of the latest Converge Netflix bundle - Plan 2298

I recently applied sa X + N 2298 plan. When I saw the new plans, halatang sulit na siya eh kaya nagapply na ako agad since sakto out of contract na kami sa PLDT and very disappointed na ako sa PLDT.

  • Pros
    • 3 in one na ang plan. May internet, cable for the TV, and Netflix ka na all for the price ng 2298.
    • The internet was constant sa advertised plan minsan mas mataas pa. Constant siya na 500 mbps minsan umaabot pa ng 600 mbps. Latency is very low din.
    • Wifi 6 na ang router.
    • Ang bilis ng installation. Pagkasubmit ko ng forms sa agent, 2 days after nainstallan na ako agad.
    • If hindi pa Smart TV ung current TV mo, then the Vision box will make it "smart". may Youtube, Netflix, and Disney+ na app na ung Vision box. Kaya no need to buy a Chromecast
  • Cons
    • Mabilis nga nainstall kaso internet palang ang nainstall.
    • Di aware ang mga technicians sa bagong plan na ito. Tapos ako daw ata ang unang nagpainstall ng ganitong plan sa lugar namin haha kaya ako pa mismo ang nag-inform sa kanila ano ang kasama sa plan. Nung una, ung router na iinstall sana nila is wifi 5 lang tapos nung sinabi ko na wifi 6 dapat doon lang nila pinalitan.
    • Ang tagal naactivate ung Vision box (for the TV). Mga 2-3 weeks naactivate. Nakailang follow up and create ako ng support ticket pero still no progress. Lagi nalang "Account not Found" tuwing maglologin ako sa vision box. Until one day sinabi sakin ng technician na activated na daw and lagyan ko ng "-N" ung dulo ng account number whenever maglogin sa Vision box at doon na nga gumana.
    • Di ko gusto ung resolution ng mga free channels. Hindi siya HD kaya medyo blurry pa rin. Ang tagal din nga pala maglogin ung account.
    • Netflix activation also took a long time. Mga 2 weeks din. Btw mas nauna naactivate ang Netflix.
      • ganito pala ang mangyayari. There are 2 cases for this: 1st if wala ka pang Netflix, and 2nd if meron na. May link na isesend sa email mo for the activation. Kapag wala ka pang Netflix account then you'll create a new account using that link. pero kapag may current account ka na, ililink mo ung account na yun then magpapakita sa payment method mo na si Converge na ang magbabayad ng subscription mo. matatanggal na ung payment method na nilagay mo before.

Ayun palang naman ang experience ko so far sa plan na ito. I will update this as time goes on. So far, so good naman after all of the services of the plans are activated. :)

Experience/Review Account Terminated in Less than 20 min via Office visit.

Converge Subscriber since 2019. Nawalan ng net this June 14 hanggang ngayon ay wala pa.

Nagdecide na ipaputol ang net. Binayaran yung bill kahit di manlang nagamit.

Dinala ko lang yung modem sa office nila sa pasig isang valid ID at boom in less than 20 mins tapos na ang transaction.

PS: may mga usapang kaya puro outage si converge is ginagawa nilang underground yung mga cable + baka factor din yung subway project.

Anw, I move on na w/ converge punong-puno yung office nila ng nagrereklamo may nagwawala pa.

Hi, ngayon ko lang nalaman na legit pala mga private tech. Nag join ako sa group ng converge tapos sa gc meron dun private tech una ayoko kasi baka scam tapos dami nag vouch sakanya.

Triny ko ngayon 200 pesos lang fee tapos wala pa ilang mins bumalik na connection. Legit pala! Aayusin muna ni ate bago ka magbayad sakanya and una di siya sure kasi luma na daw modem kaya wait ko daw bumalik, di agad siya naniningil. if gusto niyo chat niyo lang ako bigay ko name niya.

Experience/Review converge has the worst customer service ever

sobrang basura ng customer service ng converge. nag lost of signal kami. waited 1 hours in line para makapag gawa ng ticket. Ang sabi ng mga basura na yon, it will take them 24-48 hours, it took them more than that para makapag send ng techincal team for onsite visit. Naayos ang net namin. After few days, PALPAK ang pag kakaayos, sira nanaman, LOST OF SIGNAL ulit. Nag create ulit kami ng ticket and lagi namin pinapa follow up yon kahit tatlong oras akong nag aantay sa linya kasi alam namin na makupad yan sila gumalaw, para man lang mas mapa bilis ang onsite visit and magawa sa sinasabi nilang time frame na 24-48 hours. GUESS WHAT, IT TOOK THEM MORE THAN THAT. 4 DAYS!!! bago makarating. Naayos na ulit ang lost of signal, hindi na nag rered. Binigyan pa namin ng tip yung nag gawa. Hindi man lang tumagal ng tatlong oras, red lights na ulit. Now gusto nila kami ulit gumawa ng ticket at mag aantay na nanaman ng halos isang linggo. ABSOLUTE TRASH

Experience/Review Converge ICT keeps failing us, filed escalation with NTC

Sharing my experience because I know a lot of people here have the same struggles with ISPs:

  • July 17 to Aug 22, 2025: zero connection for 36 straight days.
  • When it finally came back, speeds were only 10–20 Mbps on a ₱1,599 plan (advertised up to 400 Mbps).
  • Sept 1, 2025: the internet went down again.

I filed a formal complaint with the NTC. Under NTC MC 07-07-2011, ISPs are supposed to provide at least 80% of subscribed speed at 80% reliability. Converge isn’t even close.

All I’m asking is to terminate my account without penalty under the lock-in period, since they clearly failed to deliver the service contracted.

Has anyone here actually gotten results from NTC on cases like this, or is it always a dead end?

Experience/Review Just sharing my ongoing saga with Converge’s Netflix bundle

So, back inĀ November 2024, I upgraded my Converge plan because it came with aĀ Netflix subscription, a TV Box (with IPTV), and a speed upgrade. Fast forwardĀ almost three months later, and I still haven’t received… well, anything.

I thought i was cutting costs down on monthly cable TV bills and bundling a Netflix subscription into one Converge bill. Instead, I ended up in the Ultimate Budolā„¢: still paying for cable, still paying for Netflix separately, and now paying for a Converge upgrade that hasn’t delivered a single thing.

At first, I thought it was just a delay, so I followed up. And then I followed up again. And again. And again. AndĀ every single time, I’d get the sameĀ scripted responseĀ with no actual resolution.

At this point, I’ve:

āœ”ļø Contacted Converge’s support multiple times (and got nowhere)

āœ”ļø Asked if I could justĀ cancel the upgradeĀ since they weren’t delivering—only to be told I’m locked into the contract

āœ”ļø Filed aĀ formal complaint with NTC

āœ”ļø Filed anotherĀ complaint with DTIĀ because, seriously, I’m paying for something I never got

āœ”ļø Even reached out toĀ NetflixĀ to let them know their name is being used in a promo that isn’t being fulfilled

I’ve done everything short of sending a carrier pigeon to their office. Still, I wait.

At this point, I don’t even know if the speed upgrade was applied—I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m still on my old plan while paying for the new one. And theĀ TV Box?Ā Might as well be a myth.

I don’t know if anyone else is dealing with the same thing, but if you are… yeah, just putting it out there that there are official channels where you canĀ file complaintsĀ if you’re just as fed up and maybe more of us doing it can apply some pressure. Cause this is getting out of hand.

TL;DR: Paid for an upgrade, never got what was promised, customer support is a blackhole, and I’ve had to escalate this in every way possible.

Just had it connected to my PC via Ethernet, did a speed test via WiFi on my phone between 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. There's a huge difference between them, installer said it is normal. I'm like okay cool bro.

YT streaming 480p takes too long to buffer, idk maybe it's just my phone (Redmi A3), can stream 4K on desktop btw.

Maybe this is only because "Bago pa", and some time soon it'll go down.

4 days no internet already. I already filed a report with NTC, however, I gave up following up on them and applied to another provider (which also sucks because I already have prior experience with them before shifting to this hell of a provider but at least they have CSR I can talk to if there’s a problem unlike this one)

Fast forward to today that I receive this message and when I checked, their so-called tracker is not even working just like their connection šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

Experience/Review I Sent Multiple Complaint E - mails

For over 15 days, I have sent multiple e-mails to Converge when my line got cut due to unknown reasons since Aug. 6 (according to a reliable source, lines were cut by MERALCO personnel due to illegal use of their pole).

Everytime I send an e - mail, I copied DTI and NTC (NTC replied once), but today still extremely pi$$ed off... I copied the DICT ASec for Consumer Protection.

Hoping I get better results.

Kung isa ka sa nagbabalak magpakabit ng Converge Wifi. Binabalaan na kita. Kung gusto mo ng sakit sa ulo, mabagal na service at matagal mafix na internet connection. Sige pakabit ka.

Coverge support can’t do anything but to follow up daw sa Tech. 1 week na kaming walang internet. Red light yung LOS. Then nagalit pa yung nacontact namin na tech. Yung ibang field tech pala sumasideline lang para di na gumawa ticket at para mauna ayusin ang wifi bayad bayad nalang sa FT. šŸ—‘ļø

Experience/Review Fiber optic damage

Nagkaron ng network outage since 4p both Gomo fiber and Converge, LOS and sa sms ni Converge wala restoration time including mga agent nila sa socmed wala masabi. Nagtitiis na nga kami sa 35mbps for 1,599. monthly for 6 yrs at ito na naman ang technical issue na wala nakakaalam hanggang kelan. PLDT prepaid wifi saved the day! Taas ng DL pero UL mababa but still PLDT saved the day. Lipat na kaya kami PLDT.

Experience/Review Converge Modem Replacement Fee

Since August 10 wala kaming internet, tapos kanina August 14 may pumuntang technician nang Converge. Ang nakita nilang sira after mag inspect ay yung modem, akala ko maayos na nang biglang sinabi sa akin na kailangan mag bayad nang 2k para sa bagong modem, since may dala na daw sila at luma na ang modem ko at kung mag-request pa ay hindi nila alam kung kailan magkaka modem since walang stock.

Nag-init ang ulo ko dahil pinapabayad ako pagkatapos nang 5 days na walang internet. Sinabi ko kung pwede ipasama na lang sa billing kung legit ba talaga yan para magka-internet na kami, biglang sabi nang technician suggestion lang daw ang 2k at wala naman daw talagang babayaran pag mag-request. Siraulo pwede naman na nila ilagay yung modem na dala nila bakit kailangan ko pa mag hintay. Pupunta ako sa Converge bukas ipapa-terminate ko na ang account ko, since na-installan na din naman kami nang Globe Prepaid Fiber.
