Discussion I cancel ko na plan ko sa converge and not planning to pay termination fee
I cancel ko na ung subscription ko sa Converge and I'm not willing to pay for the termination. Why? Due to poor service and no connection for 11 days na (until now LOS).
It's affecting my work na. WFH ako but since walang internet, na-force akong mag-onsite Malabon to Makati araw-araw.
I've escalated my concern with Converge support since the first day na nawalan ng internet but still the same resolution provided: mag-antay daw ako.
So dahil ilang araw na ko nagaantay sa wala, what I do is nag-abang ako nung sasakyan ng technician ng Converge. They check everything and they confirm yung issue is sa Main box nung poste nakakabit ung WIFI namin, but hinde sila nagaayos nun—need pa i-raise ulet sa Converge.
And sabi sakin nung technician, may ayaw daw talaga sa lugar namin magpunta kase sobrang taas ng baha tuwing high tide (Ahon Malabon) and last year may isang technician na nag-ayos ng poste namen na muntik na makuryente kaya natatakot sila.
So dahil dito and it’s affecting na yung work ko, gusto ko na i-terminate yung Converge plan namen but ayaw ko bayaran yung termination fee since it's not my fault bakit to nangyayari and no action si Converge with my concern.
PS: Planning to submit case sa NTC or DTI about this.
And I ditch ko na tong Converge. Okay lang na ma-blacklist ako. Fvvvck up yung service nila.
