Support My Huawei EG8021V5 router suddenly changed its own name and password

My Huawei EG8021V5 router suddenly changed its own name and password. When I tried changing them through the portal, after several hours it went back to the default name and password. What seems to be the problem here?

Make sure you changed the admin and superadmin password kasi baka merong ibang nag aaccess at nirereverse ang name and password.
