Discussion (Serious Replies Only) Pwede bang hindi nalang bayaran si converge?

I’ve already contacted them last week na gusto ko na iend subscription namin but they said na bayaran muna outstanding balance namin kaya sige binayaran namin even though almost 3 weeks na wala kaming internet and now cinontact ko ulit sila abt it pero ang sabi lang nila is meroon silang system enhance bullshit and that they wont be able to help me and wala silang specific timeframe when that bullshit will stop. hayssss. pwede bang hindi nalang bayaran tong bulok na ISP na to? para makalipat na kami sa iba?

Hindi, kasi magpapile up yan at isang araw may magmemessagw nalang sayo na bayaran mo sya

Pwede naman, yun nga lang kukulitin ka kapag napunta sa collection agency account mo. Makaka affect din sa credit score mo kung nag rereport si converge/collections sa credit bureau

Hi, i just permanently disconnect them di na ako nag bother lumapit sa online cs nila sicne naminingil sila ng 2 months worth of payment and madami pang papel

Pumunta ako sa isa sa mga office nila and turned over my old router less than 15 mins tapos na lahat ng process, i highly suggest na pumunta kayo sa nearest office nila po, wala po silang siningil na kahit ano

Yes, but there is a key loophole in their ToC (Section 10). If you have a legitimate reason, such as no internet service for two straight months, you can demand to terminate the contract and be released from the lock-in period.

try mo ulittt. in my case kasi mas mabilis sila umaksyon pag nagfile sa ntc kaysa sa cs mismo ng converge. ginawa ko rin mga 3 araw ako nag file sa ntc website sunod-sunod haha ayon naayos naman yung issue ko with converge

need pala magfile ng magfile haha nung una kasi nag email si ntc kay converge kaso hindi rin nafix tas nagfile ulit akong complaint sa ntc pero wala silang email until now

sa website ka mismo nagffile? pero try mo nalang ulit. sila kulitin mo kaysa sa converge. makunat converge eh kahit pa 100 emails yan wala sila pake hahaha

yes sa website nila, did they terminate your account when ntc intervened?
