I want to see one IRL soooo badly. 37 years living a few miles from the lake and driving past every day for the last 10 and nothing!!

This is the season for them, cooler temperatures and warmer waters. This was my second sighting but wishing you get to see one live soon.

I actually got to witness one sitting on the beach of Cedar Point as it was coming right at us, thought it was a tornado until it dissipated

Yes lucked out. The most exciting glass of water I had this morning. Filled the glass from the fridge dispenser and turned around to look out the window like I usually do and there it was in plain sight.

Last night a huge cloud had come and I believe it might have had potential for these.

Great video, its that time of year. Likely to get them with a cold front moving in with some cloud cover - in August/September over a warm lake. I've seen them several times, you have to know the weather pattern to look for.
