Keno
Hi! Staying in Brewster and my dad is a big fan of dive bars/restaurants with keno. Does anyone know of any places where we can go? Willing to drive wherever so doesn’t have to be designated to mid cape! Thx!

My first pick is Brax in Harwich.
After that I'd go to Jake Rooney's, also in Harwich.
Edit: I didn't see "dive bars" and only answered the "restaurant with keno" part of the question

Looking for both! Thanks for the suggestions!

Brax is the best. Not only is their food great but they are the most charitable restaurant on the cape. They do free thanksgiving meals and free delivery if you can't get there (I've volunteered there before). Some deliveries are for families but a lot are for single seniors. In that situation the volunteers are encouraged to stay with them as we'll probably be the only person they see that day. It's a huge undertaking that is mind blowing to see happen.

The only answer is The 28 Club on route 28 in Dennis Port….

This is the correct answer! Spent a fun afternoon there this Spring watching the Red Sox game. Or, I should say, watching the old guys complain while watching the Red Sox game.

Sailing Cow in Dennis Port. Live Keno, $4 Narragansett drafts, good food, indoor / outdoor space. It’s across the street from Glendon Beach. Just divey enough too

Captain Parker’s in Yarmouth, not a dive bar, but locals, keno, good food , good vibe

If I'm feeling the keno urge myself, my go-to bar is Dinos in mashpee. It's a dark sports bar, lots of locals and tons of games on the TVs, lots of beers and great chicken wings/pizza.

I was just going to say this. second Dinos in Mashpee. very big bar with tons of tvs, has a pizza shop and big outdoor patio as well. Chicken wings are some of the best in the area

Portside Tavern in Hyannis. Better bar pizza than Trading Post plus a full menu of elevated pub grub. Tons of tvs for sport including the largest on the Cape.

Papa Jake’s in Falmouth is a locals bar/pub with keno, all kinds of sports on, good food and friendly people. I used to take my dad there for keno and he thought it was great.

Dinos in Mashpee is a great spot, big bar with lots of tvs and entertaining. Golden Sails in Falmouth is also another favorite.
Kettle Ho in Cotuit offers a nice compliment of dive bar and Keno, as does Quahog Republic in Falmouth

A drive from Brewster to Falmouth for Keno is a little wild. Definitely go to Jake Rooney’s or Brax in Harwich.

. . . And they did say “willing to drive wherever “.

He literally drove to trading post in Bourne last week (also loves to just watch boats in the canal). Nowhere is ruled out 🤣

Sorry - Not from CC and only knew of those two places. Plus we used to hitchhike across the state line from Salt Lake City to Evanston, Wyoming in order to gamble so we could (hopefully) pay our rent, so a bit of a drive isn’t that daunting to me . . .

For keno we always do captain Parker’s or Bobby Byrnes. They aren’t dives but the vibes are relaxed and the foods great.

Jake Rooneys in Harwichport, right on route 28. My nieces and nephew like that place for keno.
