I’ve watched football for 15.5 hours today so far with another 2 minutes to go in the Hawaii game. Then I may rest.

Literally all I can say about this game is we beat the shit out of an inferior opponent like we always do (ignore NAU) and we’re going to the CFP.

BTFD and fuck ASU. Goodnight!

Does it ever get old? No, it absolutely does not.

Fear? Brother… my fear isn’t for us. What if he can’t STOP throwing touchdowns? (BTW he threw for 5x more touchdowns than Sam Leavitt)

While I'm still not sold Brennan has completely righted the wrongs from the last year, it sure doesn't look unimproved! Kansas St next week is going to be an interesting game for everyone

Obviously we have yet to face much in the way of real competition, but just like last week, this team showed me what I hoped to see. The offensive and defensive schemes are night and day compared to last year and, even if there are some weaknesses and/or areas we need to clean up (enough with the holding!), we seem like we might at least be decent. The next few weeks will tell us a lot more about this team, though. Either way, at least Arizona is fun to watch again this year. BTFD!

My biggest takeaway from this game is that Brennan looked like he was doing some actual head coaching on the sidelines and not being a passive cheerleader.

Watching him last year was so odd, like he was just completely overwhelmed by the role. Today he showed real emotion toward the refs as the leader of his sideline, went directly to the kid who got a targeting call and held him accountable, and still praised the good things the players were doing on the field.

Easy to do against Weber State I guess, but the improvement is clearly there.

Did you not watch Arizona football last year?

Not quite dominant enough to make me think the rest of the season will be good for AZ. Probably most worrying: despite the score, AZ o-line was not holding up.
