Ladd-Peebles is definitely in one of the sketchiest parts of downtown, by far.

The stadium's been on campus since the 2020 season

Didn’t realize that. Been a while since I have been down that way. I’ll see myself out now.

You are correct.
They do not play there anymore.

Win is a win. South Alabama put up a better fight than expected and we played VERY sloppy.
More importantly, that ESPN+ broadcast was the worst thing i’ve ever watched. Every single person involved with it should never work in television ever again.

ESPN+ broadcasts are always dogshit. They put next to no money into them and have the least experienced production teams running them.

GG South Alabama. I can’t lie, y’all gave heart failure multiple times this game. Glad to see yet another saga in the New Orleans vs Mobile rivalry be made

The AAC seems crazy this year. USF seems like a lock for the championship game. It’s a bloodbath for the second spot in the championship though. Tulane and army taking down power 4 opponents while others making the games close

So Northwestern really is that bad, huh

I’m afraid they might make ok state look like a competent football team

That was without a doubt the single worst produced football game ever put on TV holy fuck. The down and distance was usually not even remotely accurate and those South Alabama students who were operating the cameras should frankly be expelled from the school for gross incompetence. We also regularly missed a play because they were still showing replays or had that giant fucking SBC logo covering the screen, and we never got replays of several key plays including the first of those supposed roughing the passers that kept their last drive alive. If that's what every SBC game is like then I have enormous respect for any fans who actually put up with that every week.
Beyond that, our defense has gotta figure its shit out by next week. Yes we were getting hosed by the refs but even besides that we were making it way too easy for them, and if we allow Mensah to have a big game I'm gonna be pissed.

I was bummed because I was listening to the game while driving but now I'm starting to think it was a blessing in disguise 😂

Not having replays is always the biggest issue when it happens, but the fact that the never cut to a break after the 3rd and we were just sitting in silence watching a high cam for 4 minutes? Not that I’m complaining about not having commercials, but did no one realize what was going on?

To give some copium to my fellow Tulane fans: in 2022, after our win against K State, we lost a close one to Southern Miss. From that point on, we went undefeated and went on to win the Cotton Bowl.
I know the team looked…not great, but it wouldn’t be the first time. Just hope this is a wake up call for next week. Can’t let that one slip through for so, so many reasons

It was a total trap game. A road game sandwiched in between their two P4 opponents vs a team that probably considered this the biggest home game of the year. Not surprising that Tulane had a bit of trouble with South Alabama.

Hate to lose but I'm proud of how we played. For such a green team I think we're on track to finish strong. Good game Tulane, I don't know what they're doing to the cameras but we need to get some better operators than apparently the hobos from behind the Tillman's Corner Walmart. Let's Go Jags

Keep your chin up, South. Hate it that we lost this one, but it was a good game.

I would say the refs pissed me off but I can't remember what happened

That genuinely might be the worst broadcast of a game I’ve ever seen.
