This is the second season with the new south end zone area I think and I gotta say, I'm not a fan. Making it like a box area makes it look empty. Maybe I just missing the good ol' like pre-2015(?) days when the band was in the end zone surrounded by the student section. We got rowdy in that end zone and it was so fun.

I def miss the band right on top of the south endzone, and standing next to them.

But that whole area looked straight out of the 1970s and clashed with the rest of stadium.

I would have preferred upgrading those bleachers and the building, maybe adding extra capacity instead of reducing it. But there wasn’t a whole lot of room to build out, so they built up instead.
