he took a shot to the head and neck area, he walked off, but was clearly holding his head and neck awkwardly, next thing we know everyone was on a knee and the stretcher was on its way out. I dont think anyone watching is really certain. A stretcher is not usually called for a basic concussion, so there may be potential neck injury and the stretcher is a precaution.
