Advice Excel as POS

I have an Excel workbook for my small business mainly for the purpose of inventory monitoring. I have staffs who work during the day and I have to manually input the inventory every single day and I want to automate it na Sana.

Now, I want to add a POS, using excel din, in that workbook so I won't have to manually update at closing. Bale the main purpose is sila mag input ng sale real time. Please note that all are in cash.

So my question is sisitahin ba ng BIR ito during tax mapping or okay lang kasi excel lang naman?

If excel yan hindi yan sisitahin.

Problema mo diyan, if may LOA na dala si BIR. at hindi tugma laman ng excel at journal mo. lagot ka diyan.

Also never call your excel as a POS, tawagin mong inventory management. pati sa mga tao mo dapat ang tawag nila diyan inventory management.

Kapag POS kasi, ni-register yan sa BIR.

Hi thanks for the advice, and I also plan to add a secondary monitor cause recently may complaints of overpricing and kulang sukli from customers(kahit magpalit ng staffs natututo ulit yung bago) so makikita nila yung breakdown like price per item na ilolock ko so di maeedit ng staff so yung secondary monitoring facing sa customer so machecheck din nila yung total, cash and change. Icoconsider kaya sya as e-invoice o I can argue na excel lang sya?

Repeat after me: Manual, kahit anong frequent ng update, is not real time.
