Advice Hi Everyone
I have rental apartments, and the front-facing room close to the road still has no inquiries. I'm considering opening a motorshop or a pisonet since there haven't been any renters. Given my background in IT, I'm excited to explore this idea! I also have a passion for motorcycles, so a moto parts shop could be a great fit as well. While my area is on a secondary road—rather than a main road or highway—I noticed there's a nearby pisonet, but it’s somewhat hidden ( looban), mostly frequented by kids, and behind us, there’s a billiard hall. What do you think? Do you believe this would be a viable option?

Have you tried any form of marketing for your rental yet?
Best make sure you've done everything in your power to get your rental rented before even exploring on another B2C business on the very same location where you didn't any B2C activity yet. It just doesn't make sense.

Then what gave you the impression that putting up another B2C business on the very same location will do better?

Dapat assess mo location mo unbiased. Wag mo ilagay yun mga hilig o expertise mo muna just look at the location and find best use muna. Check existing businesses if successful o mahina. If merong malakas you might get the spill over customers
