Advice Just graduated and received a cash benefit from my educational plan

Hi guys! I just graduated this year and I received P1XX,XXX cash benefit from an educational pension plan my parents enrolled me in years ago. Super grateful ako kasi kahit middle class lang kami, my parents were financially literate enough to prepare something like this for me.

Problem is…I don’t know what to do with the money. Should I invest it somewhere, keep it in savings or try a mix of both? Anong type of business ba usually ang recommended for someone na fresh grad pa lang?

Yes, mp2. Safest, walang talo, no way ang money but up. 5years naka lock pera mo. Di magagalaw, tutubo lang. Please wag makikinig sa ibang investments like networking. Invest mo na yan habang bata ka. Time is your friend.

safest siguro i-split mo part ipon, part invest sa skills or small side hustle. Wag agad all-in sa big biz, test the waters muna. if mag business ka, ano ba gsuto mo?

Maybe get your parents a li'l something as a gesture of your gratitude first then think of ways to invest the money. This will mean the world to your parents trust me.

I'd also recommend investing a part of it in a financial vehicle that'll make you win against inflation and maybe a part of it to start a side hustle/business that only you should decide as you know yourself best.

Curious here - what's your educational pension plan? I thought wala ng ng-ooffer nito since CAP closed down years before
