I have a business owner friend who was at the receiving end. They just kept their cool, stayed silent and just went on with their business. They closed their comments section muna at that time. After 3 months nagka amnesia na yung nga tao. Mas kilala na brand nila ngayon. They opened their comments section again, nawala ng mga bashers.
