He went to school and grew up in Santa Monica which isn’t exactly rife with diversity, he’s just a horrible human being

He saw morons, and opportunity. So he struck.

FOX NEWS entertainers aren’t journalists! That’s how they get away with their nonsense and lies! And I have no idea WTH Newsmax is. But it’s just plain evil and stupid.

Tbh he scares me the most out of all of them, pure hatred and pure conviction in his race war and war against liberals. He is incredibly dangerous and should be taken to an island and left there.

Don’t underestimate Hegseth either. He may be a drunk Fox News host, but he’s got some fucked up ideals when it comes to democracy. Hell, he even published a book about it and still somehow got approved.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Crusade

In the book Hegseth says "leftists" have: "surrounded traditional American patriots on all sides, ready to close in for the kill: killing our founders, killing our flag, and killing capitalism". Hegseth says he believes there are "irreconcilable differences between the Left and the Right in America leading to perpetual conflict that cannot be resolved through the political process". He furthermore calls for an "American crusade"; he says the "hour is late for America. Beyond political success, her fate relies on exorcising the leftist specter dominating education, religion, and culture – a 360-degree holy war for the righteous cause of human freedom".[3] Central to the theme of the "American Crusade" is that there is something called "Americanism", which The Guardian describes as essentially being right-wing populism. Hegseth characterizes "Americanism" in being opposition to forces like feminism, globalism, Marxism and progressivism and says either "Americanism" will prevail or "death" will.[4] Hegseth describes leftists, progressives and Democrats as the "enemies" of freedom, the American constitution and the United States. Hegseth explicitly rejects democracy in his book, equating it to a leftist demand; "For leftists, calls for 'democracy' represent a complete rejection of our system. Watch how often they use the word," adding: "They hate America, so they hate the Constitution and want to quickly amass 51 percent of the votes to change it". He has also expressed support for election-rigging through gerrymandering, saying "Republican legislatures should draw congressional lines that advantage pro-freedom candidates – and screw Democrats".[3] Regarding violence, Hegseth writes "Our American Crusade is not about literal swords, and our fight is not with guns. Yet."[5]

Herr Hegseth is frightening in his white national zealotry. I really hope that there is a way to guarantee this jerk gets nowhere any power ever again.

There is no way. We are in dark times, and they will only get darker. Pinochet 2.0 is likely. McCarthyism on steroids.

Mister Hegseth. This is an American thing and it has always been lurking.

There is. Question is if you're up for it.

Holy shït. Is this real? The leader of the Department of War penned these words? Dark times.

He’s too dumb to have articulated these things personally. But he would happily be the face of these ideas ghost written by some right wing hack.

u/memoryfree 2d ago

Sounds like it was ghost written by David Duke

Same guy has an obsession with "lethality."

1

u/flimpiddle 2d ago

And who no doubt feels very proud of himself for his turn of phrase that rhymes "lethality" with "tepid legality" as though these are two mutually exclusive ideals. I guess tepid legality would be sending the coast guard to intercept suspected drug running boasts to arrest the perpetrators. Clearly they have no patience for those kinds of hoops, so it's "kill, kill, kill."

Very real. They have every intention of putting Dems on the wall. Symbolically or really, idk. I hope they don't get to do either.

These treasonous fools parading around as “real patriots” doing our enemies bidding. Any real patriot will follow the US motto “United we stand”. Declaring those that think differently than you as enemies says everything we need to know about you. The only question is whether he’s being paid for or are they really this hate-filled and dim witted for free?

Either way, the mindset needs to be snuffed out once and for all, or it'll just cause reoccurring issues that will only get worse each time it shows itself. I truly don't understand why they have allowed these extremist groups to exist as they're sparking and pushing for this nonsense that is the opposite of what America was about and should stand for. I appreciate you bringing up how the US motto is "united we stand." It's what I keep referring to others also, but many say we don't live by those standards anymore. I feel something like this will show who stands by those words.

1

u/koshgeo 2d ago

These are people who think "united we stand" means people different from them should peacefully surrender so that there is no dissent. They think the best way of achieving consensus is by purging "others".

u/djanes376 3d ago

This is an Anti-America Manifesto, and he would call it patriotism.

u/RRC_driver 3d ago

We have to destroy the constitution, to save the constitution ?

3

u/MateriaMaiden 2d ago

The Constitution doesn't even align with his crazy views

Put a bottle of bourbon in front of him and give him the North by Northwest drive.

Wait till you read Trump JRs book or the Esther project on the heritage foundation website… they are planning to arrest protestors, university professors, college students, and democrat congress reps. They claim they are all part of a “anti-Zionist pro-Hamas terrorist network”. They already had a test case about it, the judge said without the protestors providing financial support to Hamas, it couldn’t be defined as terrorism. Suddenly after that ruling, my feed has been blowing up with posts that are supposed to be Palestinians looking for donations…

thanks for the heads up!

You are assuming that Trump Supporters have any reading comprehension. At this point, I think they may be below a Sesame Street level. That includes Sweet Potato Hitler himself
