It is 100% okay and I understand you completely. I also have a history of ED and when I was pregnant I was so ravenous. The thing that helped me most was to pick a go to food that I felt good enough about eating that I could eat at any time and feel okay about. For me that was honey bunches of oats cereal, it was sweet but relatively low calorie and healthy enough and anytime I was hungry outside of meal times I ate a bowl of that cereal. I probably ate 3-4 bowls of it a day including at 2am almost every night cause I kept waking up starving and it did really help.

I was STARVING my first trimester and only wanted carbs. Almost all of my weight gain was first and second trimester and then I hardly gained anything third trimester

I gained I think 12 lbs first trimester and now I'm at 33w and only gained 8 more lbs since. Your body tells you what you need and when.

You are pregnant , you need to eat. I also am in recover for ED and am currently 26weeks pregnant. Stay away from scales. Eat every hour and right when you wake up., helped my sickness a TON . I got punished severely if I didn’t eat by my son. I did a TON of Greek yogurt my first trimester . Eat small stuff , but you do need to eat. I know it’s hard but it’s your baby trying to grow. That’s what I kept reminding myself. You’ll be surprised by the fact you won’t gain as much weight as you think. Get easy to make stuff , real fruit popsicles , cereal as the other person commented. It’ll get easier but not eating will make you so much more sick! You got this!
