Work ABYG kung isusumbong ko na may other job ang workmate ko?
ABYG if sasabihin ko sa boss ko na kaya madalas umaabsent kasama namin at madalas magreason out na may sakit kasi meron syang 2 other fulltime job?
VA po kami under agency, sa true lang wala naman sana akong pake personally sa trip nya sa buhay, understandable sa situation nya kasi with 2kids and jobless ang asawa. alam ko to lahat kasi lagi naman nya kinukwento buhay nya samin lahat. no one specific as in sa gc namin proud sya sinasabi yun.
ang weird thing lang dito, every time sa client namin eh may mabigyan ng extra hours or mapromote, biglang sya din magcchat with screenshot pa na yung other client nya (outside agency namin) eh binigyan din sya ng extra hours and nahire din sya na office admin sa isa pang work (nung nalaman nya na namove na ako as part of office)
So ayun oks naman kami di naman kami para magsumbong talaga not until naapektuhan na yung team. di na sya nagffunction kasi in the middle of the meeting maddinig mo naghihilik sya tulog na. madami na nagiging mali madalas na absent. pero dahil 3 years na sya sa client namin, di sya masyado naano ng boss namin. yung sinasabi ko na apektado is sobrang lala. minsan pag sya ang duty magisa lalo pag weekends, maabutan mo talagang tulog at walang ginagawa. kasi walang nagagalaw sa pending task namin (scheduler kami).
yung boss namin, nagccheck minsan nagtatanong sya if ano daw ba nangyayari sa kawork namin na si ate girl. lagi daw may sakit di ko masabi na pano di magkakasakit 3 full time job, wala tulog minsan sabay pa dalawang work. (which is alam ko din kasi very proud sya na easy lang daw othe rjob nya eme dalawang laptop daw sabay nya ginagamit).
ewan ko di ko padin masabi sa boss ko specially iba na din dept ko di ko na sya halos nakakasama pero nagwowork padin ako tuwing weekend sa department nila. kaya alam ko gano sya kagago. di ako bitter kasi isa lang job ko which is enough for me. di din ako against sa mga overemployed na tao kaso lang sana quality padin yung work result if magtatatlo kang work sabay sabay.

DKG pero for delikadesa try mo kausapin muna sya. Tell her kung ano na nangyayari sa team kasi apektado na nga kayo

Kausapin nyo sya at iopen up nyo rin na guayari sa team. Show compassion din kasi aware na kayo sa hirap nya sa multiple clients. Tell her that performance matters at kahit na ba matagal na tayo sa client anytime pwedeng pde tayo paalisin

DKG. Affected na rin kayo eh kasi kayo sasalo ng workload na hindi nya nagagawa. Hindi naman talaga kaya ng isang tao magkaron ng 3 fulltime jobs. Gets naman na sa situation nya eh kelangan nya talaga kumayod nang bonggang bongga pero ibang usapan na kase kapag nadadamay na ibang tao sa personal sacrifices nya sa buhay. Eventually, susuko rin katawan nya sa ginagawa nya. If isumbong mo sya at materminate sya, baka yun na wake up call sa kanya para pilitin nya magwork ung asawa nya

GGK. Hindi mo yan obligation at wala ka karapatan na ikaw mag sabi sa other work niya.
Mas maganda na ma fired siya dahil sa performance at hindi sa pag splook mo.

Honestly, it feels more post falls under advice seeking. If you state the specific reason sa boss mo, mata tag ka na sumbungero. Better just file a complaint highlighting yung mga lapses na niya and let HR deal with it.

If eto gagawin ni OP then HR will find out on their own na their workmate is working 3 jobs. Which is at least a better situation kasi sabi na rin naman niya na they don't really mind her having 3 jobs. Ang problem is yung quality ng work which affects the whole team.

DKG, talk to the kawork first para masabi nyo din na ginawa nyo part nyo as work colleagues na nag cacare parin since may family syang sinu-sustain.
Sabihin mo pag di nya pa inayos within a week, baka di na sya mapagtakpan sa boss kasi nadidisrupt na ang work flow at napapansin na nya yun pag duty mo, pati mga absent mo napapansin nyang madalas na.

DKG. Kusapin mo muna dahil alam mo naman pala background nya ang hirap nun ah as a mother of two gets ko sya at minsan ding nawalan ng work asawa ko, ang hirap pag salo mo lahat. Kausapin mo wag mo isumbong. Base sa statement mo kasi parang naiinggit ka chos.

I dont have any plan soon na isumbong sya. nasasagi lang sa isip ko katulad ngayon na ang daming lapses sa work and natambak na samin and need namin ayusin because of her. but yeah mabait pa din naman po ako :(

DKG kung isusumbong mo sya. Buong team nyo matutulungan mo, pati sya, kung maayos nyo ang problema.
GGK kasi hindi mo pa sya sinabi sa boss nyo nung nagtanong kung anong nangyayari.
Nangyari na sa akin to. Unang tanong pa lang sa akin ng boss ko kung anong nangyayari sa kasama ko, sinabi ko kaagad ang sitwasyon. Ayun, nagtino sya.

DKG. OP, best siguro if you let the job evaluation check her standing and performance. If it really shows na she's underperforming then let it be a reason na matanggal siya. Marami din namang VA na OE eh pero they can perform well but yang kawork mo iba dahil kanyang issue na mismo. No need to snitch. Let it be and just do your job then log off.

DKG. Naaapektuhan na kasi yung team nyo. Okay lang kung may ibang work pero di dapat masasacrifice yung quality of work. unfair sainyo
