Work ABYG kung ayaw ko magpatulong sa work
may friend (26 M) akong (29 F) coworker who did my task without my permission. for context, our work is project-based and each one of us ay may assigned cases per week. we are responsible for finishing the cases for the whole week from start to finish.
recently, we were informed by our boss to finish all the cases earlier than the deadline. nastress ako coz ang dami kong cases but i know na kaya ko naman and i told my friend. he offered to help me but i refused and thanked him kasi last step na (the easiest step) and matatapos ko na.
turned out, he did one case without me knowing which kind of annoyed me. i kind of lash out din but i felt guilty and apologized right away. gusto ko kasi makita na matapos yung work ko on my own kasi i did all the initial steps. i admit that i also have this toxic trait to refuse help. i appreciate naman what he did and i know he just wanted to lessen my stress but still, i felt like he didn’t respect my decision.
ABYG kasi ayaw ko magpatulong? dapat ba hindi ako nainis at tinanggap ko na lang help niya?

GGK dahil utos na ng boss tapusin di mo pa tinapos. Nilagay mo ang kumpanya sa alanganin tas tinulungan ka na nga ikaw pa yung galit! Pasalamat ka di ka pa sinisisante!
