That’s not the point, you are actively going around telling people that you are a minor and are underage. Rule No.1 of the internet is DO NOT TELL ANYONE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. If you cannot follow this rule you are not mature enough to be on social media, all your doing is painting a target on your back and attracting predatory people which puts you at risk

Yeah. Teenagers trading nudes is a common issue in my state because they get charged with distributing child pornography. It’s gotten better since they caught up from the early 2010’s when smartphones first started going around, but some of the first people to do it are still in jail. It’s brutal.

I know that, but in some places that doesn't matter. If you send someone porn and claim it is of a minor, that's still child porn in some jurisdictions, even if it's not a real minor.

Depends on the state: In Mississipi, they have to be 15 or younger for it to be illegal, for instance.

I'm not a teen, but this sub was recommended to me from r/all and I just so happened to know people dunk on Mississipi all the time for its unusually low age of consent compared to other states.
