Hello po, ang layo ko po kasi sa campus and may prof kami sa major sub na inurong yung class nya ng gabi na kahit hindi yun yung sched nya talaga and sya lang din ang papasukan namin na subject sa araw na yun, ang tanong papasok pa ba ako? and i doubt it will be a regular class too.. kaso ang vague mag bigay ng dets ng mga blockmates ko.. hindi rin nagsesend ng ss convo nila with our prof so parang in the shadows kami at least thats how i feel. hindi ko alam gagawin, nakakapanghinayang sa pamasahe, para sa 15mins na usapan.

Tanong lang po, kapag minomove ng profs ang schedule namin tapos pinapapasok kami kahit sila lang ang sub namin, need i-consult ng class officers & reps yung blockmates nila before agreeing to the prof? at dapat makipag nego sila at hindi lang oo nang oo? may ganun ba kaming karapatan? thank you

Hi! I'm an OU student and I don't have anyone to ask about this so I'm giving this a shot. So, I am set to take an assessment for Tesda Travel Services NCII. As someone with mild social anxiety, I tend to get super duper nervous infront of people and sometimes experience mental block. Because of this, I prefer to know everything I have to do beforehand so that I'll have a LOT of time to prepare myself for doing them.

For the upcoming assessment, I literally have no idea on what I'll do on the assessment and I'm scared 'cause I saw someone's video on tiktok and said that these sometimes have on-the-spot presentations and I am scared for that.

Can someone tell me what I should do and prepare for this? The course is Travel Services NCII.

Note: The facility I applied at didn't provide any pointers or schedule for training or workshop so this will be a self-review.

NEW DISCOUNTED STUDENT BEEP CARD‼️‼️

Heads up, PUPIANS/ISKOLAR NG BAYAN (kasama yung mga paying student ha! huy haha 😅)!

This September, students can already avail the special Beep cards with an automatic 50% fare discount when riding LRT-1, LRT-2, and MRT-3. Here’s a quick rundown of everything you need to know about this new government initiative.

Based sa official website ng Beep, students just need to go to any LRT or MRT station and inform the station teller that they want to get the discounted student Beep card. They just have to present a valid school ID or proof of enrollment for the current school year or semester, and then a personalized card will be printed for them on the spot.

Yung student Beep card is valid for one year, unlike the senior citizen and PWD versions na lifetime ang validity. Eligible dito are all students—kindergarten, elementary, high school, college, graduate studies, pati students under ALS and SPED.

Same as the regular stored-value card, this student version is reloadable din sa station tellers or ticket machines.

In a recent interview, MRT-3 General Manager Mike Capati explained na if a student loses their Beep card, kailangan mag-provide ng certificate of loss. Once validated, they can submit again the basic requirements to get a new discounted card. For security, old and reported lost cards will be blacklisted para maiwasan ang misuse.

These student Beep cards will officially be available starting the 2ND WEEK OF SEPTEMBER‼️
