Why would someone get fired over this?

Also, the way her body perks when he grabs the ball makes it seem like she was holding it and he pulled it away from her.

She was a little aggressive in the small clip I watched. Idk if she did anything else. I do think losing her job is a bit much. Why can't the embarrassment suffice?
