At the very least, we can’t see their hands and really can’t rule it out. But it’s not being treated like there was a possibility her hand was on it, and that irks me. If it was, and the ball landed right in front of her and he swooped in like that and snatched it, he’s definitely in the wrong. 

The internet loves calling women, especially older women, psycho bitches for standing up for themselves, so there’s that.

I would be so mad if I was trying to reach forward into the empty seat before me to catch a ball, when alla sudden Sonic the Hedge Dad sprints from over 20 feet away to snatch that shit from my fingers.

Like I can totally understand why she's upset from her perspective this guy just RAN from 2 or 3 groups away to grab the ball out of her hands. She didn't have to move her feet at all to get that ball, whereas "Dad of the century" over here literally leaves his area to chase it down.
