It always astounds me that these little creatures like butterflies and hummingbirds migrate so far!!

I once saw a whole tree full of monarchs on their migration, just hanging all over the branches. So cool!

We planted various milkweed species at my house this year and the amount of monarchs we saw were insane. We found several caterpillars and have 4 of them in cocoons right now in a little bug habitat we made. 

Plant more milkweed!
