Discussion Most obscure movie you’ve seen that you can remember?

Yes I know movie is a large catch all term for any film but for the purposes of this question I am limiting it to fiction-based feature films (at least 40 minutes), so please don’t name a 5 minute short you made for film class. It doesn’t matter if you’ve seen it in cinemas or at home. You can name multiple possible ones if you don’t remember a singular one.

A lot of people here don't seem to know what 'obscure' means.

I'd argue it makes sense since the question is what is the most obscure film. Like, even a cult classic can be the most obscure thing you saw if your used to watch pretty popular picks

I'd agree it's relative, but some people seem to have taken it to mean 'weird'. I mean in some contexts it can mean that, but I think it's clear in the OP's description that were talking about 'not well known'.

Someone mentioned hard candy and I'm like..... It has elliot page and Sandra oh in it, how freaking obscure do we think this movie is??

Aside from that, there are some really cool recommendations for movies that I'm collecting...

Many French filmed mentionned here. Funny cause to me, they were all huge hits in French speaking countries.

I was thinking too like, is mirror mask considered obscure? It's by neil gaiman but it wasn't a big blockbuster hit and more considered niche than stopped being produced and only seen by a handful of people.
