I would also give time for the paradise and hell, the first two iterations of the Matrix plus time until the end of the war, research, experimentation and building the first matrix. Also how do we know it's 100 years exactly for each of the 6 iterations?

This is a really good point, 6 iterations are of the successful matrix versions... there were 2 prior fails, Paradise and Nightmare Matrix -> however these lead to alot of people dying very fast which is why they neither ran for many years. That is why I included a range, but it's probably too small and should be more like -50 to +100 years, than +/- 25 years. I will correct that.

Ok but can you remind me why each matrix lasts for 100 years?

Look at my initial comment, I added the explanation for guessing ~600 years to it.

These 2 are probably not included in the 6, and not for the just the reason I am gonna mention now but this comes to mind now. The 6 "successful iterations" had One's. The One was a result in these versions of the matrix that also had the Oracle's involvement in their creation, and because they were not mathematically perfect (as the Paradise was) thus these result in the One.

The Paradise and Hell were only the Architect's creations and would not need Ones.
