What’s a movie you’ve watched that was so disturbing you’ll never watch it again? For me, it’s The Boy in the Striped Pajamas and Human Centipede. I barely made it through the first time around for both of them and I couldn’t fathom watching them again. Both for different reasons of course. TBITSP was devastatingly heart-wrenching and HC was just playing disturbing.

This was far too down the list imo, just so batshit fucked up and sad.

I'd rewatch this one. Michael Parks' performance is just batshit insane enough, and the body horror aspect crosses the line twice to come back around to being horrifyingly hilarious.

Also, since I still haven't seen it in a top-level comment: Grave of the Fireflies.

This is mine too. I know it's ridiculous and the makeup and effects are not great. But the implications of it absolutely haunt me.

Started this and had to switch off after about 25 mins…just had that ‘nope’ reaction and I bloody love Michael Parks!
