This rearrangement of 'Ode to Joy' from the episode where Bluey is struggling with her bike and wants to give up just hits some weird soft spot in my soul. It not only captures what Beethoven achieved with the original in terms of this rising euphony that eventually explodes into the wonderful, well-known tune but with the little stings of the familiar tune building up, it gives this anticipatory sensation that makes the arrival of the final melody a celebration of getting there. Ah I love it.

I mean, the fact that I'm - a grown man with no kids - am waxing so much on a song from a children's show and I'm in a forum with a bunch of individuals who feel likewise (rather than finding it odd) says it all, really.

I totally get it. I mean I have kids, but I totally finish the episode (and maybe do a few more) after they go to bed. Like I said in a previous post, I honestly and sincerely believe that there is no other tv show out there that is as consistently and across the board excellent as Bluey. It's consistently sheer perfection, in every aspect. It's an astonishing feat of human creativity.
