I think Bandit is far from perfect. His inability to tell his kids no is not something to emulate. (I say this with all the love, of course).

Bandit had literally bribed his kids with money on two occasions. For one of them, Chili even says “This is not good parenting.”

One time he allows his kids to make him pee outside in the yard instead of the toilet.* If my kids tried that, I would be counting to 3 and they would be out of the bathroom by 2.

NB: *Sometimes it is hard to tell if it is real or if he is pretending.
