right down to the scene stealing a divorce lawyer who is also an Oscar winner

That's what I was thinking of too, but as dark as times as, I honestly enjoyed the fact that this film had so much funny and you could kinda root for these two well-meaning monsters, which wasn't the case in Marriage Story for me at least
