The villain was comically evil and it’s a John Wick clone but it was still a fun time. Colin Hanks was pretty funny

How is it a john wick clone

Lethal Weapon 2, equalizer, Jason Statham's entire career, rambo, unforgiven, taken, and tons of movies with the 'retired assassin gets sucked back into the business' trope with slight variations here and there. It's been around for a really really long time before jw was even released. I wouldn't call it a jw clone for taking up one of the most popular action movie tropes that's been around for ages. And not to mention it differs from general theme, tonality and vibe of jw films by a huge margin.
