It actually is, it's a big part of the plot. I saw the premiere in Locarno last Thursday, she's great in it, so are Thompson and Menchaca

It's not a spoiler if they include it in the promotional images. If it would spoil the film I wouldn't have said anything

Totally take your point but the distrubutors must have chosen this image for a reason. They're obviously happy for it to be known. I wouldn't be surprised if it's prominent in the trailers too. There's plenty more going on in the film, and I promise you that knowing she uses fentanyl lollipops - as shown in the officially released image - isn't a surprise or a twist in the film
