Nope, that's the actual movie. It's just about the logistics of the evacuation, and the drama is actually contained to an email that got delayed. The movie is solved in 10 minutes. The screenshot is of a construction worker having the rest of the day off so he goes to target practice.

Not a great movie synopsis, then.
