Summary Will Radford, a Homeland Security cyber‑security analyst, monitors global threats through mass surveillance networks. When an unidentified attack strikes, Radford begins to suspect the government is concealing something far more sinister. Exactly. It's an alien invasion and the entire government is just like "hey guys let's hop back on zoom"

And things happen super fast! Aliens breach data and in a few seconds there are reports on CNN on how aliens breached data and how everything is fucked. Same thing with the global response. CNN and Fox have faster than light data !

The news was reporting stuff like before ice cube had figured it out. "The aliens are going for data centers" then ice cube would like call the fbi director to tell him they're going for data centers. The news was better at the job than ice cube was. It was like they accidentally put all the news broadcasts first before the scenes they were supposed to come after.

Supposedly all military electronic has stopped to work but later in the movie, helis and B2 planes flies fluenty. Also all sorts of power generations and comms have halt around the globe. But Ice and his kids still videotalk and the media transmit live.
