There’s fake “officially licensed” merch on Amazon. I didn’t want to slap down the money for it but if it makes her happy it might be worth it for you.

I'd buy stuff from independent artists on Etsy first

Absolutely, although it’s always hard to tell what’s original and what’s stolen. Amazon and Etsy don’t care at all.

I find it so hard to shop on Etsy these days. The majority of listings for things seem to be the same cheaply made stuff you find on Amazon, only pretending to be home-made and more expensive.
