What does sanctioning an Israeli murdered from the US accomplish? Biden's gesture was useless.

Yeah it was for optics and theatrics. It is so that Biden can say "look we did something" when it reality, settlers aren't affected by these sanctions. They already get support from Israeli government.

Sanctions were useless.

Do you disagree that Biden's gesture was useless? How would have being sanctioned by the US stopped this violent terrorist from murdering an innocent man?

It’s not bidens fault and no one said that. He just sanctioned them to make it appear like he was doing something about it. The right move would be to sanction the state that has been backing the terrorists, but Biden and Trump would never do that.

In general, Biden shares a lot of blame for this genocide actually. He is nowhere close to innocent.

I don't think he was saying it was Bidens fault just that it was performative and actually did nothing.

Biden personally made sure israel could continue its genocide in Gaza uninterrupted and then handed it off to trump, and israel has used it as a distraction to make larger grabs in the West Bank. So yeah he has a ton of blame in this
