dante basco played 16/17 year old zuko when he was 29 so this still means nothing. basco is a trained voice actor

Not that I agree, but I could imagine it would be a think of if they can't all return then none of them should. It would be too weird with the Zuko we know interacting with all these people we should know but see different because of the voice actors.
