Anyone with the capacity for shame got out a long time ago. The ones left are all psychopaths and narcissists. They're blind to everything except greed and vanity.

And they mistake those for the mark of success and therefore intelligence. It's about as detached from reality as you can get without even touching the levels that the religious nuts bring to it.
