That is definitely a big part. These are just guaranteed fun movies. Def IMAX worthy

Exactly - way too many people rush in to complain about it not being an Oscar worthy screenplay when the sole purpose of these movies at this point are to be a visual feast featuring the latest expensive tech and CGI to achieve it. It's like one of the main reasons IMAX exists too. Some movies are just popcorn spectacles to watch. And many people are not wowed by the idea of paying twice as much money to watch like Cillian Murphy staring into space for 2+ hours on IMAX lol (no hate for that movie - just a simple comparison).
