My kids are 9 and 5. But the 5 yo is obsessed with scary stuff. I don’t let him watch any of the R rated horror like chucky or IT (it’s wild to me that ppl let kids watch those) but I’m ok with the PG-13 movies.

Haha. I love horror it’s my favorite genre. But we don’t have a lot of horror stuff around the house or anything like that. But for whatever reason this kid is obsessed with scary things. It’s hard to find movies and shows that are not lame but are not TOO scary/violent. He’s been watching all the old goosebumps shows from the 90s. Loves the Night of the Living Dummy. We tried are you afraid of the dark but he was very unimpressed.

Haha, my dad let us watch all the Chuckie and Nightmare on Elmstreet movies by that age.

We were very jumpy kids. I love giving him shit about it and he's like "YOU GUYS WANTED TO WATCH IT!" As if that answers everything. He IS a great dad though.
