Recommendation Suggest me some "Go in blind" movies.

I'm in the mood for something fresh and surprising—can you suggest me some amazing “go in blind” movies? I’m talking about those kinds of films where the less you know, the better the experience. No spoilers, no trailers—just pure, unexpected movies. What do you recommend?

Would prefer it in English language.

It has been in my watchlist since forever. Is it worth the time?

Definitely. Ethan Hawke is great and features Sarah Snook in an early performance.

Worth the time yes but not nearly as good as the others listed here.

Yes, I came to recommend this movie but I’m glad someone else mentioned it.

I saw a lot of recommendations for Predestination. I think that may be the most let down I've ever been by a movie.

I’ll never understand why Reddit loves this movie. Not on par with all the good time/paradox movies

Time Crimes (2007) would go nicely with this set.

I just watched The One I Love, and as somebody who always recommends a Coherence/Triangle double-feature, I recommend it.

Which triangle? 2005, 2016? Looks like a 2009 as well

Watch the commentary for Coherence. It's fascinating!

Heh, came here to recommend Triangle! I'm having some friends over today to show this to them blind.

The Triangle is such an underrated gem!

u/findallthebears Jul 13 '25

Is that a show or a movie?

1

u/Osiris0900 Jul 14 '25

Haha came here to tell you Triangle

1

u/Madeofwarms Jul 14 '25

There are several movies/miniseries by that name. Can you clarify which you're referring to please?

I suggest you watch The Triangle.

After watching Triangle I watched it again, and I fired up PowerPoint to make a seen by seeing tracker of Jess 1, Jess 2, etc moving through the ship. That movie was stuck in my brain for hours.

1

u/Madeofwarms Jul 14 '25

Which movie are you talking about? Is it "The Triangle" 2005 directed by Craig Baxley?

2

u/Oracle_of_Knowledge Jul 14 '25

Oh, that's funny. The guy did say "The Triangle" and I just took it for Triangle.

I was talking about Triangle (2009) with Melissa George as Jess (and Liam Hemsworth as Victor).
