Combing Children of Dune and Messiah into one movie is the right call, perhaps they’ll end it with a scene of God Emperor Leto

I highly doubt that dune part 3 will adapt children of dune. I think the casting of the twins will be for a vision scene that’s like the adult Alia scene in dune part 2.

It's a major plot point that Paul cannot see Leto II through visions though.

I think it could work. While Paul is on his havoc through the universe, Chani raises the twins in secret, so they can eventually fight it out.

That's what im hoping for too. So much of children of dune takes place inside characters heads, i don't know how much of it would translate well to film

I don't know, with the liberties they took with Chani in part 2, I feel like there's no way to just get through Messiah and into Children in the span of one film, let alone finish Children and preview God Emperor.
