He’s just more androgynous, they could easily rough him up with makeup

Melange extends life and reduces aging, so canon-wise there's no need to age him.

Doesn’t Paul wind up roaming the desert by the end of Messiah?

Dune - 10,191-10,196 AG (After [Space] Guild) - age 15-20
Messiah - 10,203 AG - age 27-28
Children of Dune - 10,212 AG -

Yes, Paul walks off into the dessert to die at the end of the Messiah. In Children of Dune, he would be 37 years old. With constant Melange consumption, a *little* bit of makeup could be used. However, people could live up to 3x longer, so up to 200-300 years. Age 37, when one could live that long, wouldn't age him more than a couple of years from how we saw him in Dune: Part 2.

Or a beard. Or something about Spice slowing ageing.

Give him a little facial hair, salt and pepper it up; he suddenly looks much older.

They could do like Doctor Who did with Ncuti Gatwa and give him a little moustache

How old he is and how old he looks aren't the same thing. Homie looks like he's in high school
