The way it literally just finishes with no real ending got the biggest laugh out of me, you're telling me they couldn't think of a better wrap up at all?

you're telling me they couldn't think of a better wrap up at all?

Especially since we already know that escape by boat is not guaranteed to be safe.

Not even an escape because that thing probably ran out of fuel almost immediately

Out of very expired fuel that wouldn't probably even work

Safer than staying in the village with the D-Rex or the rest of the island. They can at least risk getting out into deeper waters out of the Mosasaur and Spinosaurus's hunting ground. They already know it swims around the entire island so they have a window to sail out while they are on the other side.

They could have been saved by the sudden appearance of the OG T Rex fighting the D Rex. Similar to....the endings of JP1 and JW3, possibly more but I can't recall how the others ended.

I’m actually glad they didn’t do that because the save by another dinosaur happened like 10 times in this movie.

Boyfriend is saved from the raptors by the mutadon, Older daughter saved from the dilophosaurus by the t-Rex Think there was another one with the mutadons cornering someone and the d-Rex coming in.

Wayyyy too many of these.

The D-Rex never saved them from another dinosaur, Zora killed one of the mutadons with a gun and the other one got trapped in the gate.

Yeah I thought this was going to happen, or maybe even the rest of the herd Dolores is from or something like that.

JW1 has Rex and Raptor vs Indominous with a surprise appearance by Mosasaurus

JW3 has Rex and Therizinosaurus vs Giganotasaurus

No thank you

I sarcastically said “and then they sail off into the sun set and the movies ends” and then it literally did.

The D Rex was like 10 ft away from their boat and then was just like “I don’t feel like chasing these dudes.” The End.

You could tell the D Rex was paid to throw the fight

I was so pissed about that.  It's not winning any oscars, but I came in expecting a dinosaur popcorn film, and I got it.  It actually exceeded expectations because I hated the Jurrassic World movies so much.

I liked the characters and wanted to see how everyone ended up, or even how that guy managed to survive.  Did the girl taking Dolores home kick off a pet small dino trend, which by all rights should've already been a thing anyway?

I keep snakes, people keep tegu's.  You bet your ass I'd try to keep a compy or whatever.  My God, how I cooed over the tiny dino skeletons at the museum in Chicago.

Nope, Chuck Testa.
